Coconut spread

I made this spread for my brother since it’s vegan!And very tasty!
150 gr. shredded coconut
the caviar from a vanilla stick
1 tbsp golden syrup
3 tbsp coconut oil (liquid form)

As in peanut butter, add to the blender the coconut for a few minutes until it becomes cream. Then, add the rest of the ingredients and blend some more until it unifies!
Enjoy, as a spread on bread or desserts! Don’t forget, coconut oil in the winter, it become’s solid frozen and you have to keep patience  and very carefully scoop the oil out!
